By redeeming accumulated points, you will be able to cover up to 80% of the total invoice amount, while the remaining 20% must be paid in cash (this 20% will remain available to use in your next purchase).
You must present a valid identification document (ID) in order to redeem your points. If you’re a private company, a notification letter and specific authorization is requested for the exchange of points.
Accumulated points will expire by May 31st every year. Therefore, you should use your available points before this date, after which, they will start accumulating again.
In case of loss or duplicate, requesting an additional card carries a cost of RD$50 pesos. On the other hand, changing cards due to damage will be done free of charge
